MicroStation 2026 EAP Feature Tracking

As we gear up for this year’s MicroStation 2026 Early Access Program (EAP), we need a Power BI report to track the new EAP features. We are keen to understand how users interact with these features and where they might abandon them.

To dive deeper, we are interested in the following insights:

- **Time to discover:** How long does it take users to find key features?- **Drop-off analysis:** Where do users stop engaging?- **Heatmaps and user paths:** Visualize navigation patterns to identify points of friction.

While we do not have the finalized list of EAP features yet, we expect to have the feature GUIDs by November 5th or sooner. The EAP version will be released to users on December 1st.

Hello Tamicca. For this question " **Time to discover:** How long does it take users to find key features?" I've created a request to the Data team. They will add a version release date to the database and after I would be able to complete the new page of the report where I add the metric "Time to discover/Time to First Use" that will calculate how many days the user spends since the release date to the first usage date.

When I have the column, I'll proceed with the task.

Please, see the page draft attached.

Hi @Tamicca Sellars . Here's the link to the Feature Usage and Adoption report I published today: https://app.powerbi.com/links/8ORRiXBILZ?ctid=067e9632-ea4c-4ed9-9e6d-e294956e284b&pbi_source=linkShare

Please, take a look and let me know if it covers what you're looking for.

Just to flag: I'll be on holiday Nov 24 - Jan , with only 10 working days in December. This means we'll need to align earlier than Dec 1 - ideally as soon as you have at least a draft list of features. I'll need more clarity on what you mean by "friction points". That way, we'll know if light adjustments to this report are enough, or if something new is needed.

If you can share your feedback within next couple of weeks, we'll have time to plan properly.
